Refund Policy

RETURN / REFUND / REPLACEMENT POLICY:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exchanges are not permitted. Items received that are defective or damaged will be replaced with the same item free of charge.

Our policy lasts 15 days after item has been delivered. If 15 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement so please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Replacements will ONLY be granted for items received damaged. Replacements are not granted due to longer than expected shipping/processing times. .

Sparkle Skincare Co. is not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer at time of purchase.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including the  clear seal unbroken.

- Gift cards

REPLACEMENT PROCESS:

To request a replacement, please email your request to sparkle@sparkleskincareco.com. In your email the following information MUST be included:
- a receipt or proof of purchase with your order number
- an explanation in detail why you require a replacement including pictures of the defective item.
- a phone number where you can be reached if we require further information about the item.

Replacements will NOT be granted for the following items:
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges are not permitted. Items that are received that are found to be defective or damaged will be replaced free of charge. Please follow the replacement process as outlined above. We reserve the right to request that the original item be returned to us.
